Privacy Policy
InnerMorrow is a reflection, wellbeing and gentle game experience available on Android and the web. This Privacy Policy explains how AMDGAMES LTD handles information when you use InnerMorrow.
Important: InnerMorrow supports general reflection and wellbeing. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat health conditions. If you are in immediate danger or cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service.
1. Information we may process
- Account information: email address, display name, account identifier, profile choice and account-security information used to provide sign-in.
- App progress and preferences: game progress, garden layouts, settings, appearance choices and related app state.
- Private reflections and wellbeing information: reflection text you choose to save, including any emotional, mental-wellbeing or other health-related information that you choose to include. Reflection sync is optional.
- Subscription information: entitlement information needed to recognise InnerMorrow Plus. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by InnerMorrow.
- Consent and advertising information: privacy choices and advertising-related information processed by Google services where advertising or consent tools apply.
- Operational records: limited audit and security records relating to actions such as account creation, reflection-sync consent changes and deletion actions.
- Support information: information you choose to provide when contacting support.
2. Guest use and accounts
You can use parts of InnerMorrow as a guest. Guest progress and preferences are stored on the device. If you create an account, InnerMorrow uses your account details to provide sign-in and optional cloud features through the InnerMorrow backend.
3. Private reflection sync
Reflection sync is optional and is not required for ordinary guest use. When you enable reflection sync while signed in, the reflection text you choose to sync is sent over HTTPS to the InnerMorrow service for cross-device access. The service is designed so that the normal Admin Console does not display private reflection text.
If you turn reflection sync off using the controls provided in the app, the app can request removal of the cloud reflection copy while keeping the local copy on your device, subject to limited temporary backup retention.
4. Voice input
On supported Android devices, when you choose the Speak feature, InnerMorrow requests microphone access at that time and uses the device's speech-recognition functionality to convert speech into text. InnerMorrow receives the resulting transcript for the feature. InnerMorrow does not intentionally upload raw microphone recordings to its own backend. If you choose to save the resulting text, it is handled as reflection content.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play handles Android purchases, payment processing, subscription billing and eligible purchase restoration. InnerMorrow uses purchase or entitlement status to provide the Plus features associated with an active subscription. AMDGAMES LTD does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
6. Advertising and privacy choices
Where advertising is enabled, InnerMorrow may use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to provide ads and regional privacy choices. You may be able to revisit Google privacy choices from the app when required for your region and device.
7. How we use information
- to create and maintain accounts;
- to provide app progress, backup and cross-device features you choose to use;
- to provide private reflection synchronisation when you enable it;
- to recognise Plus access and restore eligible purchases;
- to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service;
- to record important account, consent and deletion events for security and accountability;
- to respond to support and privacy requests; and
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Service providers
InnerMorrow uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate the service. These include Render for backend hosting and PostgreSQL database services, Netlify for website hosting, and Google services for Android distribution, billing, advertising and consent management where applicable. Device or operating-system speech-recognition services may also be used when you choose voice input.
9. Sharing and sale of data
AMDGAMES LTD does not sell users' private reflection content. Information may be processed by the service providers described above as necessary to provide their services, or disclosed when required by law.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information, including HTTPS for supported network communications, restricted administrative access and audit controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide InnerMorrow, meet legal or security requirements, resolve disputes and maintain legitimate service backups. Deleted information may remain temporarily in infrastructure backups until those backups expire or are overwritten.
12. Your controls and deletion
InnerMorrow provides controls for app data, sign-out and account deletion. Signed-in users can delete their account from the app. You can also use the dedicated Account & Data Deletion page for instructions or to contact support.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. UK users may have rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Children
InnerMorrow is not intended to collect more personal information than is necessary to provide its features. Age and audience requirements shown in the applicable app store should be followed. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately may contact us.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when InnerMorrow's features, service providers or legal obligations change. The date shown at the top will be updated when this policy changes.
